These Delivery invoices are 8.5" x 5.5" inches and printed on 2 or 3 part carbonless paper. Capture all the necessary information so you get paid on time. This invoice will be printed with your business name, contact information and your logo. The form can be modified to have all the information YOUR COMPANY needs to collect from the customer. The compact size makes it handy to keep in the truck and keep up with vital customer information. If you have a question about the file we will be glad to help you. An electronic proof will be sent to your email address for approval within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Since these forms are in black ink only be sure that any logos submitted will print satisfactory in black. Be sure to send us your starting number if you need these forms numbered.
