Phillip Burnett is the owner and Managing Partner of Burnett Law. Born and raised in Tennessee, Mr. Burnett is a goal driven attorney who loves to help people. Mr. Burnett has been licensed for over 26 years and has been practicing law in Crossville, Cookville, and Shelbyville. He has won millions in car accident claims and has over a 90% success rate in Social Security disability claims.

Mr. Burnett serves as a Board Member to the United Fund of Cumberland County in which support is volunteered to help nourish the hungry, assist those confronting emergencies and disasters, those with brain conditions, survivors of adult and child domestic violence and sexual assault, and low-income families, the elderly and Cumberland County’s kids and youth.
