Your Own Customized Locksmith Invoice or Work Order FormCustom printed with your company information, these forms are very user-friendly and come in a compact size with areas to record customer contact information, to record parts and list descriptions of completed service. You can modify this form as you like. Add or delete lines or columns, change headings, etc. what ever you need to make it a custom form for your business. A general disclosure (which can be modified to your needs) to authorize the work performed and a release from liability is included. These are printed in any of our standard ink colors (we have 10) and numbered in red ink. SPECIFICATIONS SIZE - Set size is 5.5" x 8.5" Detached size from book is approximately 5.25" x 8" PAPER- 2 part or 3 part carbonless paper. PAPER SEQUENCE - 2 part - White and canary. 3 part - White, canary and pink. INK COLOR - Any of our stock ink colors. We have 10. TYPE STYLES - Your choice of any of our Mainline type styles or submit your own. See Type Styles. NUMBERING - Numbering is available. BINDING - Individual sets or bound in books of 50 sets with a hard chipboard backing and a wrap-around cover. LOGOS - Use your logo at no additional charge. See Ordering Information. OPTIONS - Additional options include part to part changes and custom bindery options. Terms and conditions or other custom copy can be printed on the back of the form at a small extra charge. If you plan to provide logos and/or artwork, please ensure that the file is "camera Ready" - a gray scale 300 dpi file in PDF, JPEG or Tiff formats. Line copy reproduces the best as screens, gradients and halftones tend to have some loss in detail. No bleeds are possible with this product. If you have a question about the file we will be glad to help you. An electronic proof will be sent to your email address for approval within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Any changes in the body of the form may require additional proof time. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF PROOFS, PROOF READING AND ERRORS.
